Today we read from Acts 15:1-11

Questions for reflection:

Where are you experiencing conflict these days?
What makes you dig your heels in? Brings out your stubborn nature?
What does that reveal about your values and convictions?
What does that reveal about what you need to let go of or change?
Who is someone you should sit down with and have a respectful conversation?
How can valuing people over rules and traditions help you find a path forward?

This sermon using the Zax was a wonderful way to show how set in our ways we can be, forgeting that others have opinions, too. How wonderful the world would be if we could all talk with and respect one another on all level Being willing to compromise is what the world needs most and jesus Shows us the way to walk on that path.
